I am a dual citizen of the United States and Norway. My mother is from Ålesund (pictured above), and moved to Detroit to attend college. I have had the fortunate opportunity to both live and travel extensively in her home country. This has given me a greater perspective on the world, sparked my love of traveling, and influenced my artistic style. I admire the simplicity of Scandinavian design, which is something that often reflects in my work.
